Media

Sound of Data Media is the organisation in the Netherlands for mass voting. We also provide customer navigation: the routes to reach your clients. And the other way around. We show you with whom you have interacted and which channels the viewers have used to respond. For instance, with charity campaigns and big talent shows. The client selects a channel from an integrated offer: amongst other things, SMS, phone and social media. That is how we make a large-scaled one-on-one connection with your client. And we naturally love to map out new routes through the fascinating media landscape together with you.

Sound of Data offers the best total package. We are a demanding 24/7 company. So Sound of Data just comes by at 01:00 A.M. on a Saturday night to solve something for us."

Radio 538

Radio 538 is one of the most popular radio stations in the Netherlands. No matter how successful they may be, it is often restricted to one-way-traffic from one individual to a lot of anonymous listeners. Together with Radio 538, we develop solutions that can make the communication between the studio/DJs and the listeners more personal. Listeners feel more involved with the radio station and can communicate with Radio 538 through various channels.

    RTL

Within RTL, the Data Products department is responsible for the direct interaction between the broadcasting station and the viewer. Think of quizzes, votings, polls, charity actions and opinion polls by SMS and phone, enabling viewers to express their opinion about a certain subject.

RTL uses various channels to communicate with its target group. Not only the common channels such as voice response, SMS and e-mail, also new channels such as mobile apps and social networks like Twitter and Facebook are being used. The viewer can use his/her channel of preference to directly influence developments in TV shows. For instance, 'The Voice of Holland' uses Twitter and 'So You Think You Can Dance' viewers can vote for their favourite candidates through a mobile application.

    Successful cooperation

Together with RTL, we have designed a platform that directly handles responses. A clever combination of our technical expertise and the knowledge that RTL has about its viewers and the media. RTL is responsible for the communication and we are responsible for all applications, services and background projects. This way of cooperating, in which both parties complement each other, is regarded as very successful by both RTL and us.

Well-known actions we have provided for RTL: Eigen Huis & Tuin (programme about DIY-ing), Gouden Kooi (based on the Big Brother concept), Herrie in de Keuken (based on Ramsay's kitchen nightmares), Miljoenenjacht (game show sponsored by the Dutch lottery), So You Think You Can Dance (dance competition show), The Voice of Holland (singing competition show), Voetbal International (Football news) and X-Factor.

We are the company in the Netherlands that brings viewers and good cause organisations together in television campaigns. For example, think of the Japan-actie (Save Japan campaign) and Sta Op Tegen Kanker (Stand up to cancer). Parties like KWF (Fight cancer), SHO (Cooperating Aid Organizations), Unicef and the Dutch Red Cross are able to find benefactors and raise donations on a large scale during television shows, thanks to our knowledge and technique.

    Triple win

Call centres see to it that their building is fully equipped and staffed and we provide the technical know-how and line capacity to redirect calls to various call centres in the country or abroad. When the queues are extreme, we offer customers the option to enter their phone numbers and receive a callback later. The charitable organisation focuses on finding benefactors and raising donations, the call centre on taking the calls and we see to an efficient distribution and optimal call traffic handling.
